REFLECTION
My
experience in conducting observation in this Field Study have
improved my understanding in different forms of performance
assessment. I have also appreciate the product-oriented assessment
that enable the teacher to clearly see the evidence of knowledge and
skills that are learned in the whole learning process. Seeing the
outcomes and product of the students academic engagement will help
them motivated and continue their studies.
One
of the learning I gain from this activity is that it is rarely
evident for the teacher to give performance assessment for her/him to
know the students learning falls. Thus, as a future educator I can
apply this in my future teaching process.
