From the observation we conducted, I
personally noticed the hard work of the teachers to teach their
students. There were some students who were not listening and they’re
just having some things to do. This is one of the different attitudes
of students that the teacher should consider in teaching.
For the teacher to be an effective,
they should be aware of the different teaching strategies in
learning. What teaching method would be applicable? What assessing
method would be appropriate to used?
As a future educator, it is my
responsibility as early as now to know the importance of assessment
methods and tools for the learners. It will contribute students to
gain learning. Also it will help the teacher to have information of
the students standing in class. And to determine which students need
to review the concepts. As well as which activities and instructional
approaches they found easy and more meaningful to them.
